Stefan began his real estate career in his teens, at his father’s property consulting firm. After earning an honors degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford University, England, he joined Cushman & Wakefield in London in 1999, working in asset and property management, development, agency, appraisal and investment sales. There he serviced major international and national acquisition and disposition accounts for private and corporate clients in over 600 commercial lease and sale transactions worldwide ranging in size up to 600,000 square feet and exceeding a total of $1B in transaction volume. Stefan’s clients include BP, Disney, McDonald’s, Tesco, Tetra Pak, H&M, 3M, Plex Systems, The Daily Mail, Prudential, Valve Corporation, Virgin Atlantic, NationStar, Esports Arena, and Transunion.
In 2001, Stefan was awarded the global professional designation of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the world’s most respected global ‘Standards and Membership’ organization for real estate professionals.
Originally from Orange County, Travis attended Arizona State University to complete his degrees in Political Science and Economics before returning back to California to start his career. While attending the University, Travis was a member of the Division 1 Wrestling Team. Travis worked in lifestyle marketing after college where he gained a unique perspective in branding and social marketing. In 2013 he made the transition to commercial real estate and started his career at Wind Water Realty based in Irvine, California. There he assisted building a portfolio of over half a million square feet of value-add creative office space. This gave Travis a unique perspective on the needs of tenants and buyers in the market and has been a key to his success.

I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker in Orange County specializing in commercial tenant representation. Born and raised in Southern California, I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations Global Business from the University of Southern California in 2013. I began my professional career analyzing contracts in the Accounting department of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, and later, as a Litigation Assistant at Carpenter, Zuckerman & Rowley, LLP. After gaining valuable skills and experience in the legal industry, I chose to pursue my passion for Commercial Real Estate and joined the Voit team.

Matt specializes in investment sales, syndications, and capital markets throughout the Western United States.
Prior to joining Voit, Matt worked as Associate Broker & Analyst for a local private investment brokerage firm. There, Matt underwrote thousands of properties from Chicago to Hawaii, built proforma projections, and was responsible for well over $100 million in acquisitions and dispositions.
Throughout his career in real estate, Matt has brought both international and local investors together to buy larger commercial real estate investments though the Syndication model. He has successfully completed syndications ranging in value from $360,000 to over $27,000,000.
As Voit’s investment specialist, Matt secures sound commercial investments and sells stabilized, value-add, and sale/leaseback investments for his clients. As an investor himself, Matt not only understands the process, but he knows the struggles, and has the resources to solve complex real estate related problems.
Matt is ARGUS certified, holds degrees in both finance and real estate from the University of San Diego, and has his MBA from Concordia University in Irvine. Matt is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is also an active member of the University of San Diego Alumni Association.
