Booster Fuels, a start-up providing an on-site and on-demand fuel delivery service, had outgrown the coworking space for its Orange County office headquarters. Booster realized it needed to lease a much larger custom workplace, but didn’t have the time or expertise to manage the real estate process. Booster hired Voit to secure a modern, functional, and progressive Irvine creative office space, to help accelerate the recruitment of top talent and growing the business.

After a comprehensive analysis of Booster’s business plan we executed a real estate strategy for rapidly securing the ideal workplace to grow the business, albeit on a tight budget inclusive of furniture, with the flexibility to accommodate growth over the next 3 to 5 years. After identifying a high value Irvine creative office space, we were able to negotiate very beneficial terms in a short period of time by leveraging negotiations on multiple properties with multiple landlords. These included a turnkey tenant improvement package, rights to expand, downsize, and terminate the lease, and a rental structure substantially less than Booster was previously paying on a per square foot basis.
