Chris Deason is a Senior Vice President and Partner at Voit Real Estate Services. Chris has over 25 years experience in commercial tenant representation and office sales and leasing throughout California and nationwide.
Over the course of his successful career, he has completed over 750 office lease and sale transactions totaling over 6 million square feet with an aggregate value of more than $880 million.
Chris’s depth and diversity of experience, knowledge and education provide Chris the foundation necessary to extend to his clientele the highest level of professional service, market information, sophisticated financial analysis, economic solutions and overall project management services, giving them the information required to make the best short term and long-term decisions for their company in the marketplace.
Chris’ absolute commitment and dedication to his clientele has led such corporations as Pacific Life Insurance Company, General Electric Capital Corporation, Bank of America, Yamaha, Land Rover of America, CT Realty, Koll Company, Shea Homes and Verizon to utilize Chris in their corporate relocation and office lease transactions.
Since joining Voit Real Estate Services in 1990, Chris has constantly attained sales awards and been recognized as one of the Top Ten producers in Voit Commercial Brokerage as well as a Top Broker for the Irvine Company, Lincoln Properties, Arden Realty, Pacific Life Insurance Company and the National Real Estate Forum. Chris has also received awards and acknowledgements with the largest office building lease transactions, build-to-suit transactions and office building sales in Orange County.
Chris graduated on the Dean’s list from California State University, Fullerton with Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Chris currently lives in Newport Beach, California with his wife and two children.
